Job Summary:
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Remote Administrative Assistant to help keep our clinic running smoothly. This is an entry-level position where you'll handle key administrative tasks from a remote location. Your work will directly support our team and ensure our patients have a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Handle all patient communication, including answering and returning phone calls, and responding to emails and text messages.
Scheduling: Manage the clinic’s appointment calendar, book new appointments, and reschedule existing ones.
Confirmation Calls: Make daily confirmation calls to patients to remind them of their upcoming appointments.
Patient Intake: Assist with gathering and organizing new patient information.
General Support: Perform other remote administrative duties as needed to support the clinic.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
Skills: Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer software and communication tools (e.g., email, scheduling platforms).
